Singer Zubeen Garg, known for the 2006 song ‘Ya Ali’, has died in Singapore. Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, stated, “Zubin died while he was swimming without a life jacket.” This information was reportedly from the Indian High Commission in Singapore. The incident is also described as a scuba diving accident where Garg fell into the sea from a cruise. He was rushed to a hospital where he allegedly suffered a heart attack and passed away. Singapore authorities are questioning individuals who were with the singer, and an autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
