NCP MP Supriya Sule spoke in Parliament and said that the Election Commission of India (ECI) failed to remain neutral during the Maharashtra Panchayat elections.
She said the election process was not fair and that the ECI did not protect democratic values.
She demanded answers on why such irregularities were allowed.
