On Tuesday, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee visited BJP MP Khagen Murmu at a private hospital in Siliguri, saying that Murmu’s condition was ‘nothing serious.’ However, BJP MLA Shankar Ghosh – who was also in the car – refused to meet her, and since Murmu was unable to speak, his consent for the meeting was not taken. Ghosh further accused Mamata Banerjee of a PR stunt.
