A small group of protesters clashed with riot police in front of Valencia’s city hall on Saturday evening, following a peaceful march earlier that saw tens of thousands of Spaniards calling for the resignation of the regional president in charge of the emergency response to last week’s catastrophic floods.
The floods left more than 200 dead and others missing.
Police used batons to beat the protesters back.
Footage showed a protester on the ground, being handcuffed by police.
