The INDIA bloc’s appeal for parties to support a "Telugu Bidda" has put the BRS in a difficult position. Telangana’s Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has urged all parties in the state to support Justice Reddy. With four MPs in the Rajya Sabha, the BRS is holding its cards close, especially as the Congress has previously accused it of siding with the BJP. Meanwhile, the JDU and NCP are backing the NDA, while the DMK remains with the INDIA bloc’s candidate.
