Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami visited AIIMS Rishikesh to meet those injured in the Mansa Devi temple stampede, which claimed six lives. He announced a magisterial inquiry into the incident and declared ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh for the deceased’s families and ₹50,000 for the injured.
