Hours after a massive cloudburst in Dharali killed at least 10 people, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said the Indian Army, ITBP and SDRF teams have reascued about 70-80 people to safe place. Apart from this, all the departments are in coordination with the army, he sadi, adding that some roads have also been blocked.
