On Saturday, the United States claimed to have carried out strikes on Houthi targets in the rebel-held capital of Sanaa, including a "command-and-control facility" and a missile storage site. According to a statement from the US Central Command (CENTCOM), American forces also destroyed an anti-ship cruise missile and several Huthi drones over the Red Sea during the operation.
