The United States has struck more than 7,000 targets across Iran since the beginning of the conflict, achieving a 90 per cent reduction in ballistic missile launches and a 95 per cent reduction in drone attacks. More than 100 Iranian naval vessels have been sunk or destroyed over the last week and a half. Manufacturing plants where Iran produces missiles and drones have been attacked, with three hit in a single day. Karg Island was struck, destroying everything except oil infrastructure. More than 30 mine-laying ships have been destroyed. The US is encouraging other nations whose economies depend on the Strait of Hormuz to assist, noting that while the US gets less than 1 per cent of its oil from the Strait, Japan gets 95 per cent and China gets 90 per cent. The announcement was made during an event about the renamed Trump-Kennedy Center, a performing arts facility being renovated without taxpayer money.
