Leavitt also highlighted Trump’s actions regarding Iran and the Middle East, stating that he "completely obliterated Iran’s nuclear sites" and is negotiating a ceasefire between Israel and Gaza to end the conflict and release hostages. Leavitt emphasized that many hostages have been released due to Trump’s efforts. Trump himself mentioned that another 10 hostages held in Gaza are expected to be released "very shortly" amid ongoing ceasefire negotiations in Doha between Israeli and Hamas delegations.
