Araghchi warned Tehran would target US military bases in the Middle East if Iran were attacked. US President Donald Trump has said another round of talks is planned next week. While officials struck a cautiously optimistic tone, some Iranians in Tehran expressed scepticism about the talks yielding results, as analysts warned of strong US pressure and regional tensions complicating diplomacy.
