US President Donald Trump has stated that America has an unlimited supply of ammunition as the country uses B-2 bombers and GBU-31 bunker busters in Operation Epic Fury against Iran. Trump declared that the ammunition supply has never been higher, with no shortage of missiles, bombs, and drones. This comes in response to concerns that Iran is deploying older generation drones and rockets to exhaust US and Israeli air defence systems before using hypersonic missiles. Analysts suggest Iran possesses tens of thousands of low-cost Shahid 136 kamikaze drones manufactured domestically. The conflict has expanded across West Asia, with projectiles being directed towards Israel and other targets. Concerns have been raised about the lack of low-cost interceptor mechanisms, as US Patriot and THAAD systems cost approximately one million dollars per interceptor and take weeks to manufacture.
