A fresh incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Balrampur involves a 21-year-old specially abled woman. She was allegedly gang-raped after being chased by men on bikes. CCTV footage captured the woman running for her life on a deserted road, passing a senior police officer’s residence. The police stated that the survivor was kidnapped and assaulted. Two individuals have been arrested following an encounter by UP police. The family of the victim claims it was a gang rape, and the hospital confirmed a rape. The victim is deaf and mute. A manhunt is underway for other individuals involved, as the victim stated, "the victim clearly says that that’s a gang rape."
