A UP constable was shot dead during a raid to arrest history-sheeter Kadir in Ghaziabad. The incident occurred when criminals ambushed the police team, opening fire and killing Constable Sourabh. The raid was conducted based on a tip-off about a notorious looter. Kadir has been arrested and is in UP police custody. Three other policemen were injured in the attack, which involved stone-pelting and gunfire.
