The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has registered a complaint regarding the Sambhal incident, where three youths were allegedly killed by police during a riot. The complaint was lodged by an NGO, TK Foundation Freedom and Justice of Kanpur, and includes a video allegedly showing the police firing. The incident occurred during a survey of a mosque, which reportedly led to the riot. The NHRC will now take further action on the case.
