Ungaludan Stalin: TN Govt At Your Doorstep, Reopens Rs 1000 Women's Scheme | Reporter Diary

The Tamil Nadu Government has launched the ‘Ungaludan Stalin’ program to deliver government services to citizens’ doorsteps. In an interview with India Today, Additional Chief Secretary Amudha Iyer detailed the initiative, which involves 10,000 camps in rural and urban areas. The camps will offer 46 services in rural areas and 43 in urban areas, covering key departments to address public grievances efficiently. A significant aspect is the inclusion of a process for women who were left out of the ‘Kalangir Magalir Urmai Thukkai Thittan’, the Rs 1000 monthly assistance scheme, to submit new applications. The program also provides direct assistance for complex procedures like Patta transfers, with revenue officials present at the camps to guide applicants. Amudha Iyer stated, "this is a boon for you. You do not have to travel long distances to visit government offices. The government offices are coming to your door step." #Ungaludanstalin #tamilnadu #tngovt #itwebvideos #govtatyourdoorstep #publicservice #womensscheme #patta #landregistration #grievanceredressal #indiatoday
