Iran has warned that countries assisting US ground troops could become targets, though Gulf nations maintain they are not part of the conflict. Reports indicate resistance groups including Hamas and Hezbollah are coordinating attacks on Israel from the northern border, with missile and drone launches from South Lebanon.
