The agency, which took over the probe from a Special Investigation Team following a Supreme Court order, is aiming to file a charge sheet in the case. Vijay, who left the CBI headquarters in a black Range Rover, is expected to stay in Delhi awaiting a decision on whether he will be summoned for a second day of questioning.
