Day seven of the US-Israel war against Iran sees escalating claims and counterclaims. Donald Trump has claimed that over 24 Iranian ships have been destroyed in the last three days, and that Iran’s missiles are being destroyed every hour. Trump has called on Iranian Revolutionary Guard, military and police to lay down their arms, offering them immunity and urging Iranian diplomats globally to seek asylum. He claimed Iran wanted to hold peace talks but Iran has dismissed these claims. Iranian officials have refused ceasefire negotiations, stating there was no request for talks with the US and that the war was forced upon them during negotiations. Trump also stated that Iran has been left without air defence or force. US officials reported that ballistic missile attacks decreased by 90% and drone attacks by 83% since day one, while strikes against the Iranian Navy intensified with over 30 ships reportedly destroyed.
