Tirumala Temple Stampede: Andhra Pradesh Announces ₹25 Lakh Compensation For Victims | India Today

The Andhra Pradesh government has announced ₹25 lakh compensation for families of those who died in the Tirumala Temple stampede. Six people, including three women, lost their lives in two separate incidents at the Vaikuntha Ekadashi Darshan token issuance centre. Ministers visited the site, promising support and a thorough investigation. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is expected to arrive and conduct a meeting with officials.
