Three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists have been killed in an encounter in Shopian, Kashmir. Two of the terrorists have been identified as Shahid Kutte, a local commander, and Adnan Shafidar. Shahid Kutte was involved in multiple terror attacks, including the firing incident at Danish Resort on April 8, 2024. The operation took place in a forested area, highlighting the challenging terrain for security forces. This encounter is part of a larger effort to improve security ahead of the Amarnath Yatra in July.
