Through Project Naveli, her NGO focused on gender inequality, she shared a powerful story of a Gujarat woman who raised her debit card to stop her alcoholic husband from hitting her, demonstrating how financial independence transforms lives. Nanda defended her generation, saying Gen Z is not lazy but ambitious and multitasking. She discussed her involvement in multiple ventures including a stand-up initiative against harassment, a podcasting career, an MBA course, and her role in a farm tractor manufacturing company. Nanda emphasized her conscious decision to stay rooted in India, calling it her home. She is co-writing a book with young people across India to challenge misconceptions about Gen Z. Nanda credited her late grandmother, an entrepreneur herself, as her greatest inspiration for her entrepreneurial journey.
