The BJP has criticised Stalin and questioned the India Alliance’s comfort with his statements. Stalin’s comments have previously led to legal action. The BJP accuses Stalin of diverting attention from the country’s issues and hurting Hindu sentiments. Stalin maintains that his comments were twisted and he will not apologise.
