Tamil Nadu Industries Minister TRB Rajaa clarified that the state has not lost any big deals and projects because of its policy of not giving subsidies. He said that Tamil Nadu had real infrastructure to attract investors and will never engage in the race to the bottom of giving subsidies. Rajaa added that Tamil Nadu was not a desperate state and will not mess-up the state finances in the rat race to the bottom by giving subsidies.
