The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has begun questioning Tahawwar Hussain Rana, a key plotter in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. NIA has secured 18 days of custody for Rana, with questioning starting at 10 a.m. The interrogation will focus on Rana’s ISI connections, his role in the 26/11 conspiracy, and his meetings with David Headley. High-security measures are in place at the NIA headquarters in Delhi, including CCTV surveillance and multiple layers of barricading.
