Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a key plotter of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, has been extradited to India from the US. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has initiated the process of arresting Rana upon his arrival. He is expected to be taken to the NIA headquarters for questioning. Rana is considered a crucial link between Lashkar-e-Taiba and David Headley in planning the 2008 attacks. His interrogation may reveal new details about local contacts in India who assisted in logistics and funding for the reconnaissance missions.
