Sources tell NDTV that the Pakistan Cricket Board reached out to several member boards, but not a single one backed its stance. Cricket administrators have pointed out that Pakistan has no locus standi on the issue, especially after Bangladesh accepted the ICC decision and moved on. Despite public posturing, the PCB has not even formally approached the ICC, leaving it increasingly isolated. With no global support and growing financial stakes, Pakistan now faces mounting pressure to reconsider its boycott threat.
