The Supreme Court has granted custody parole to Tahir Hussain, accused in the 2020 Delhi riots, allowing him to campaign for AIMIM in Delhi elections. He can campaign from 29th January to 3rd February for 12 hours daily, under strict conditions including depositing security expenses and not visiting his residence or commenting on pending cases.
