Macgregor also claimed that US Navy ships had to turn back after facing threats from Iranian forces. He highlighted Iran’s use of small boats, mines, and advanced tactics.
He warned that any blockade could increase oil prices, leading to inflation and higher costs for families worldwide.
He also questioned whether Donald Trump had fully consulted military leaders before making strong statements.
