As a fresh storm moves in after Éowyn, yellow warnings for wind and heavy rain have been issued for areas of the United Kingdom.Storm Herminia, which first affected areas of France and Spain, poses a "danger to life" and the potential for injury, according to the Met Office. Last week, Storm Éowyn struck the UK, killing two individuals. The whole of England is under weather warnings on Monday, but Wales, southern Scotland, and Northern Ireland are all expected to get significant rainfall.
