The manifesto committee, chaired by Kanimozhi, developed the proposals after conducting statewide public consultations. This release occurs as opposition parties, including AIADMK and TVK, announce competing welfare measures such as subsidized LPG cylinders and household appliances. Stalin emphasized the continuation of Dravidian model governance while addressing political challenges from opposition factions in Tamil Nadu.
