The Pakistan Cricket Board has all but accepted a Hybrid Model for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and will play India in Dubai.
However, former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has claimed the boards agreed on the model much before and are only revealing it now.
India have been pushing for a hybrid model as the BCCI have made clear their team will not travel to Pakistan.
