The Delhi High Court has criticised the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and the Delhi police over the deaths of three IAS aspirants at Rao’s IAS coaching centre. The court labelled the MCD as ineffective and summoned the Municipal Commissioner. It also questioned the police’s investigation, particularly the arrest of a passer-by while no MCD officials were detained.
