The Supreme Court on Wednesday constituted a Special Investigation Team of women IPS officers to conduct a fair investigation into the case of rape of a 4-year-old child in Gurugram. The Supreme Court directed the Gurugram Police to hand over investigation to the SIT. The Max Hospital was also asked to submit a report explaining why the medical opinion was changed.
