The seismic activity that has been unsettling Santorini and other Greek islands is not ended, and the greatest quake yet may be on the way, according to a seismologist.
Rémy Bossu, Secretary-General of the European-Mediterranean Siesmological Centre, said it would take "days, if not weeks," to assess the atypical tremors, but that the succession of quakes generally occurs in the lead-up to a greater earthquake.
