Actor Salman Khan has revealed he is battling three serious conditions: trigeminal neuralgia (a rare nerve disorder causing intense facial pain), a brain aneurysm, and an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) — a dangerous tangle of blood vessels in the brain. Despite the pain, risk of rupture, and previous surgery in the US, the 59-year-old actor continues to work.
