Mumbai police have arrested Saif Ali Khan’s attacker, identified as Shariful Islam, a 30-year-old illegal Bangladeshi immigrant. The arrest came after a 70-hour manhunt. Shariful allegedly entered Saif’s residence for burglary and stabbed the actor multiple times. He was traced using face recognition technology and arrested in Thane. Saif is recovering at Lilavati Hospital, with family members visiting regularly.
