Ukraine’s air force said on Wednesday (January 22) Russia had launched an overnight attack on the country with 99 drones, of which 65 were downed and 30 others disappeared from radar without reaching their targets. Emergency services from the northern city of Sumy and the southern city of Mykolaiv released videos which they said showed its workers extinguishing fires and digging through rubble at sites that were struck.
