Ukraine claims to have struck a major blow to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet.
Ukrainian military intelligence says its special forces disabled a $60 million MPSV07 multipurpose support ship near Novorossiysk using a domestically produced drone.
This comes amid a series of Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia’s navy, including strikes on a Russian airbase in Crimea and a tugboat belonging to Russia’s elite PDSS underwater sabotage unit in Sevastopol.
The Crimean Peninsula remains a key military launchpad for Moscow, but Ukraine’s drones continue to challenge Russian naval power in the Black Sea.
