The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has raised an alert regarding what it describes as infiltration in West Bengal, stating the situation is worrying. At a press conference in Jodhpur, RSS’s Sunil Ambedkar claimed that a large presence of infiltrators is creating security problems for Hindus and posing law and order challenges in the state. He stated, "Hinduon ki suraksha mein bahut sari samasya waha par aa rahi hai" (Many problems are arising there for the security of Hindus). This development comes as West Bengal heads for elections in 2026. The RSS and BJP have previously accused the Trinamool Congress government of neglecting alleged atrocities against the Hindu community.
