Lodha, a scion of the iconic Lodha family who struck out independently in 2020 post a brand settlement, recounted acquiring over 500 acres nationwide and forging partnerships like the ₹1,500 crore JV with HDFC Capital for low-rise expansions. "Real estate isn’t about skyscrapers in metros; it’s about empowering families in Bharat’s heartland with affordable, appreciating land that builds legacies," Lodha asserted, projecting HoABL’s revenue to hit ₹10,000 crore by FY30 through a 30% CAGR, fueled by online sales and AI-curated site selections.
Delving into challenges and triumphs, Lodha narrated HoABL’s foray into vertical realty with a ₹2,500 crore investment across 3.1 million sq ft in Mumbai’s Marine Lines, Chowpatty, and Naigaon—projects slated for Q2 FY26 launch and completion by 2030. He spotlighted high-profile endorsements, including Amitabh Bachchan’s plot in Ayodhya’s The Sarayu and Kriti Sanon’s in Sol de Alibaug, as testaments to trust in sustainable, heritage-infused developments. Addressing India’s housing crunch amid Viksit Bharat 2047 goals, Lodha advocated for policy reforms like streamlined land acquisition and green incentives, while unveiling plans to enter 13 new cities by March 2026. "We’ve digitized the plot-buying journey to make it as simple as e-commerce, bridging urban aspirations with rural realities," he said, crediting the Bharti Airtel-inspired model of outsourcing for scalability.
The conclave, buzzing with fintech and infra panels, positions Lodha’s insights as a rallying cry for inclusive growth in a sector eyeing ₹50 lakh crore by 2030.
