She highlighted the session’s achievements, including the passage of three significant bills: the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Bill, 2025, and two Delhi Goods and Services Tax Amendment Bills, 2025. Gupta emphasized the session’s historic milestone as the first fully digital E-Vidhan Sabha, powered entirely by a 500-kilowatt solar plant, showcasing Delhi’s commitment to sustainable and technology-driven governance. She outlined the introduction of the Education Reform Bill, aimed at regulating private school fee hikes, and discussed other initiatives like the 24×7 Establishment Policy and amendments to the Shops and Establishments Act to enhance women’s safety and employment. The session, spanning five sittings and nearly 20 hours, addressed 62 civic and policy concerns raised through 171 Special Mention notices. Gupta also noted the tabling of two CAG reports exposing discrepancies during the previous AAP term and discussions on controversial issues like the “Faansi Ghar.” The opposition attempted to corner the government on issues like liquor policy and power crises, but Gupta underscored her administration’s focus on transparency, reforms, and efficient governance.
