Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking in Srinagar, stated that Pakistan’s nuclear weapons should be under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He asserted that any terrorist attack on Indian soil would be considered an act of war. Singh also commented on Pakistan’s economic situation, saying, ‘Pakistan jahan bhee khada hota hai vahi se mangane valo Ki line prarambh ho jaati hai’ (Wherever Pakistan stands, a queue of beggars starts from there). He paid tribute to soldiers who lost their lives fighting terrorists and condemned the killing of civilians in Pahalgam.
