Rahul Gandhi's 'Atom Bomb' Warning: Threatens EC Officials With 'Treason' Charge | India Today

Amid opposition parties seeking a debate on SIR in Parliament, Rahul Gandhi has issued a stern warning to the Election Commission. Following a six-month investigation by his party into suspected electoral malpractices in states like Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, which he termed an ‘atom bomb’, Gandhi accused officials of acting against the nation. "Whoever is doing this work in the Election Commission, right from the top to the bottom, remember one thing, we won’t let you go… because you are working against India. This is treason, and nothing less than that," he stated. The push for a debate, involving both Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Wadhwa, comes as opposition parties have been protesting inside and outside Parliament, alleging irregularities and voter addition. Gandhi warned officials, saying, "we will find you and get you out."
