In Delhi, Congress MP and Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi said that the government must create a clear plan to reduce air pollution in cities. He said the opposition is ready to cooperate fully.
Rahul Gandhi added that this is one issue where both the government and opposition can agree. He requested a calm discussion in Parliament—without arguments or blame.
He said the Prime Minister should prepare a long-term plan for each city to control pollution over the next 5–10 years, even if the problem cannot be solved completely. The goal should be to make life better and healthier for the people.
