Addressing a rally in Sasaram, Rahul Gandhi, joined by Tejashwi Yadav, commenced a 1,300-kilometer yatra on foot. The leader stated, "Aap vote dalte ho, aapka vote chori kiya jata hai aur phir aapka pura ka pura dhan panch che arab patyon ko diya jata hai." (You cast your vote, your vote is stolen, and then all your wealth is given to five-six billionaires.) He also reiterated the demand for a caste census and the removal of the 50% reservation limit. The Mahagathbandhan has launched this campaign, including a Voter Adhikar Yatra, ahead of the state assembly elections scheduled for November in Bihar.
