Jasbir has named a retired Pakistani police officer as the key conspirator. The accused allegedly visited Kartarpur Sahib six times and had contacts with Pakistani Intelligence Operatives. His lawyer refutes these claims, calling the story fake and questioning the timing of the FIR.
