Addressing a rally in Punjab, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal highlighted the state’s ongoing battle against drug abuse and lauded the role of women in the mission.
“There used to be a very serious problem of drug abuse in Punjab, but today we are running a campaign to make Punjab drug-free,” Kejriwal said. “The women of Punjab are also becoming part of the ‘War Against Drugs’ campaign. If, in your view, anyone is addicted to drugs, please send them to a de-addiction centre,” he urged.
