The report examines the career of the 2007-batch IPS officer, son of a former Punjab DGP, who was notably active in the state’s anti-drug campaign and headed the SIT that questioned SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia in a drug case. Bhullar has since been sent to judicial custody as the CBI continues its investigation.
