Four people were killed as gunfire broke out between two groups over a water dispute on Saturday.
A fight broke out late Saturday over a public water tank (Rajbaha) at Halka Chowk in Sri Hargobindpur. Both sides fired approximately 60 rounds at each other, killing four people and injuring seven more. The condition of two of the injured is critical.
